Cornerstone Architects, PLC is proud to announce the addition of its two newest partners. With this growth in ownership, the firm prepares to move forward into a new generation of service for the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Cornerstone Architects was founded in 1991 by the original partners, Richard T. Peterson Jr., AIA and Richard K Morse, AIA. For over 25 years, they’ve guided the firm based on a core set of principles, which has led to its continued success in the industry. They’ve recognized the ability of their new partners to pass those principles on to the next generation of leaders, continuing with the same values that built this great firm.
Incoming partners Charles S. Selden, AIA, and Erik R. Quackenbush, AIA have each worked at Cornerstone for over 7 years. They bring a combined total of over 20 years of experience to the firm. Building onto their core strength and expertise in healthcare design, they bring Historic Tax Credit Rehabilitation, Corporate, Hospitality and Sustainable Design experience to the practice. They are excited to take on this new challenge of business ownership and to see Cornerstone forward into the next 25 years of providing high quality architecture and interior design services to their clients.
