Historic Rehabilitation of a 19,000 SF industrial building for mixed-use. We carefully converted this abandoned factory into a combination of office and residential spaces. Commercial offices occupy the first floor, and house companies of various sizes (from one-man operations to small and medium-sized businesses) with meeting, conferencing, and public space needs. The top floor is occupied by residential space.
Services included analysis of existing conditions, structural evaluation, and design within the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation, photographic documentation, and preparation of the state historic tax credits application (in its entirety).
