Client Ask: To look at redesigning the waiting room, patient check-in and check-out to improve the function and provide an updated and current look for their front entrance.
Challenges: The Design Team ,along with the ConstructionTeam, had to work around the Dermatology Group while still occupied and caring for patients.
Our Solution: Its was very important for the Project Team to coordinate the phasing of each area, and keep down the noise and dust to a minimum during construction. Without the flexibility and communication of both the client and the contractor, it would not have been an outcome of success.
The final product included six new checkin/check-out stations, staff support areas, and an entirely new finish pallette to reflect the current trends in design, and coordinate with the clients name change and new branding.
