An adaptive reuse and historic renovation of a seed warehouse and store, built around 1898 in the tobacco warehouse district of downtown Danville, Virginia. The 37,000 SF space is zoned for mixed-use residential and commercial. The building contains 20 residential units and 3 commercial spaces for offices, retail, and restaurant potential.
