Dominion Energy hired Cornerstone Architects to work in tandem with a local design firm to renovate the lower level of the Pumphouse building, located on the Tredegar Campus in Richmond, Va. This new Fitness and Wellness Center’s design was to focus on function, accessibility, and to be a welcoming space for all employees. Cornerstone’s scope on this project included Construction Documentation and Plan Coordination. This work focused on permit drawings for a complete gut and rebuild of the restrooms and locker areas. The Design team won an ASID excellence award for design in 2019.
