Manorhouse engaged Cornerstone to develop a new three-story concept for Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living. We worked closely with Manorhouse Senior management to leverage their experience in creating this new 120 unit, 117,000 GSF retirement home concept.

Each unit has thoughtful appointments, including full kitchens, large accessible baths, individual climate controls, daylight from large double windows, with views to nature. Each Floor has a full complement of formal Dining Rooms, support spaces, Community, Activity and Wellness amenities. All public spaces are fitted with a luxury trim package, warm interiors, and Sun Rooms at the end of each hall on each floor.

The ground floor entry features a two-story Lobby with a fire place and a large Community Room that opens to a large, exterior enclosed court yard. No expense is spared to provide a safe, supporting and well-appointed luxury home environment of care for the residents.
