Client Challenge: The owners of the building were starting to lose renters to newer commercial developments that were coming to Chesterfield.

Client Ask: To “modernize” their property to help attract new tenants and retain existing ones.

Solution: Through careful use of materials and active dialogue between general contractor and designer a solution emerged that was cost effective and modern. Frosted glass accent panels announce the individual suites using back-lit etched glass. A small plaza park area offers an inviting place for tenants and their clients alike to rest.
