Challenge: The building was a historic firehouse that had gone through multiple extensions and renovations in the past. Over the years, the building became a hodge-podge of different materials from the many extensions it undertook. Our challenge was to figure out how to respect the historical infrastructure of the building and turn it into a single, unified practice.

Client Ask: Access Eye was rebranding their business to increase its appeal to young professionals. They wanted the building design to be striking, modern and fresh. 

Our Solution: We created a new front entrance experience with iconic red trellises and a front garden to  immediately engage prospective patients, and draw them into the building. We also incorporated the exterior aesthetic into one single design theme. We carried the modern concept into the interior layout of the building to improve their workflow and give them a physical workspace that matched their brand.
