A new 25,000 s.f. pre-engineered metal building structure for housing critical emergency equipment for Dominion Energy’s transmission and distribution maintenance service and 22,000 s.f. storage structure. The facility provides space for restrooms, common space, conference areas, offices, and a humidity controlled garage for the “barehand” vehicle fleet.
