Working with Eastern Sports Management, Cornerstone provided conceptual site plans, floor plans, renderings, and a conceptual budget for a proposed 200,000 square foot sports and recreation facility to be in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The facility is to include 10 basketball courts capable of being converted into 20 volleyball courts, two indoor turf fields, a 50-meter pool and smaller warmup pool, an outdoor splash park, and supporting meeting rooms, offices, and dining facilities.
