Cornerstone worked with Wack General Contractor and Virginia Oncology Care to design a façade refresh and full interior buildout for this 36,650 square-foot oncology care infusion center, converting the vacant anchor mercantile tenant space in the Chatham Square shopping center into an outpatient clinic. The clinic includes a large, open plan infusion center, private exam rooms, and staff support areas, as well as an on-site lab and pharmacy. Together with the Virginia Oncology Care team, Cornerstone designed the interior with a neutral color palette, with mixed textures and strategically located bright accents to create a space that helps provide peace of mind for the wellbeing of the end users seeking treatment.
