Katie is a lifelong Richmond native. She and her husband share their time between Ashland, a/k/a “The Center of the Universe,” and Reedville, in the Northern Neck. Whether working to grow the perfect Hanover tomato or trying to master the art of paddleboarding, she and her husband enjoy their time outside in the garden, on the water, or just exploring the great outdoors. Katie brings attention to detail and problem-solving skills to the finances of Cornerstone. Her background and real estate knowledge in central Virginia, the Northern Neck, and the Middle Peninsula make her an essential addition to the team.
